SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: Click Here to view our weekly schedule. It is important to know that all meetings are required to participate in the program.

INSURANCE INFORMATON: Please remember that we do not accept or make single-case agreements with the following insurance companies at this time: Optum United Healthcare, United Behavioral Health, Aetna, Vermont Medicaid, MaineCare and MassHealth.

We are in-network with AmeriHealth, Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, Martin’s Point, Tufts, and Wellsense NH Medicaid.

We are in the process of being licensed as a Maine IOP.

We have successfully had single case agreements with the following plans: Cigna/Evernorth, HPI, and NH Healthy Families.

YOUR COST WHEN USING INSURANCE: Insurance does not pay for sessions until your Annual Personal or Family Deductible is met, paid by you. Once your deductible is met, your portion is one copay/day.


SET UP INFORMATION CALL: After you choose your date and time for an Information Call you will be asked a series of questions. Only some are required (your name, email address, phone, relationship to client). You must complete at least the required questions before the appointment will be made and confirmed. There is also a field that says “Please share anything that will help prepare for our meeting.” In this field please feel free to ask any questions you may want answered during the Information Call, but it is not necessary to fill out.After you choose your date and time for an Information Call you will be asked a series of questions. If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your Junk/SPAM folders. If you still have not received a confirmation email make sure that you completed the necessary questions on the form after you choose your date/time.
