Please be aware that due to state licensure laws the teens must be in the states of New Hampshire or Maine when they are receiving our services.
Insurance Information
Out of Network: If you have out-of-network benefits, we will bill your insurance for you. In many cases your out-of-pocket cost per day is roughly equivalent to a co-pay.
In Network: We are in-network for Anthem.
Single Case Agreement: If you wish to pursue a “single case agreement” with your insurance, please let us know. As there are limited DBT resources in New Hampshire, many insurers are willing to cover this service if it is recommended and deemed appropriate for your child’s needs.
We are happy to help you work with your insurance company to help you obtain payment for treatment for your child.
